Job Description : What you’ll do:
BIM is the face of the company and would be responsible for understanding key business objectives from the client and implementing them using DataRPM.
You will be responsible for the entire pre-sales operations and would lead POCs,customer demos which will help in converting clients.
You will be responsible for Customer success management (understanding customer requirements, and delivering with DataRPM product and data science team).
You would be also required to explain the product to various customers during demos, events and other client facing scenarios.
You are expected to be sales oriented. You would be required to take on dynamic business challenges across geographies and relate it back to cutting edge technology to solve these challenges.
You will work directly with the Sales teams and report to the Chief Product Office and Chief Sales Officer.
Skills & Qualification:
B.Tech/BCA or Bachelors in Maths / Statistics or other computer science degree, with 5+ years of experience.
MBA is preferred
Certification or any higher degree course in Analytics is a plus
Pre-sales background in analytics : Should have had prior experience in pitching analytics offerings to clients, creating RFPs, leading POCs
Account Management Experience: Prior experience in leading accounts or front-ending client interactions as a business analyst.
Experience in applying analytics in real customer use cases : Should have worked on projects with practical application of analytics around prediction, customer analytics, predictive maintenance
Analytics Consulting Experience: Ability to work with independently with clients to derive business requirements and convert them into analytics solutions
Thorough knowledge of Big Data and analytics concepts, Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts and Spark is also a plus. Should have conceptual understanding of how various big data technologies and algorithms for prediction, recommendation, and segmentation work.
Ability to code in Python, R, Scala or SAS is a plus
Domain Experience: Experience in doing analytics projects for manufacturing, automobile, Utilities, Energy or Oil and Gas is a must. Any other IOT related projects will be a definalte plus.
Should come with strong Communication & Management Skills
Should be ready to wear multiple hats and work with cross – geography teams
Should be able to travel to US for a few months in a calendar year as needed for customers.
