- Responsible for Super Stockiest appointment & Super Stockiest handling in the area.
- Responsible for Distributor appointment & Distributor handling in assigned Towns.
- Responsible for SO/SR appointment in his area as per manpower plan.
- Responsible for Target setting of the Team & Distributors in his area.
- Ensure Beat working by SO/SR as per fixed beat plan to generate Secondary Sales.
- Responsible for daily & monthly reporting of Self & Team market working.
- Achievement of Secondary Sales targets from Distributors on a monthly basis.
- Achievement of Primary Sales targets from Super Stockiest on a monthly basis.
- Ensure Product visibility /window displays & POS material implementation by team.
- Ensure local on-ground promotional activities to generate consumer awareness.
- Conduct market visits to check route coverage, Outlet execution & team coaching.
- Regularly Guide, Coach & Motivate his team to deliver Sales targets.
- Monitoring Team performance, analyzing sales data, forecasting & Reporting.
- Tracking competitors’ activities and providing inputs for product enhancement.
- Position will require travel and presence in the field 6 days every week
