Assistant Community Manager position is all about people and creating strong relationships. CM will work closely with the team and will focus on strategy as well as be responsible for tactical implementation. CM will leverage his/ her experience in customer service and business development to maximize the reach and engagement to our potential and existing members. Accountable for achieving financial objectives, the CM is the face of the company and will use all channels of communication to build strong relationships with the goal of growing our member base. Develop a strong presence in the community and attend events regularly with the intent of making new and nurturing existing contacts. The CM is an advocate for our community and passionately represents us.
Reporting to Regional Manager/ Corporate support team
Primary Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
Create an amazing customer experience for new members so that they believe being a part of Company is the best decision they have ever made.
Continue to build up our member community with the goal of developing advocates, successful referring relationships that will be measured by a target.
Ensure an inspiring, useful and ultimately helpful experience for members in the community so the retention is maintained at 95% utilization rate.
Partnership and alliances with service providers to enhance members experience through benefits and preferential rates.
Foster new relationships with entrepreneurs, freelancers, solopreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits which lead to inquiry about our products and services.
Develop second line of command to be able to move to a larger role and responsibility
Continuously improvise on the SOP Manual in collaboration with CMs and team
Duties or Functions:
Maintain highest standards of maintenance and upkeep of the premise and equipment.
Prepare and deliver sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, encourage feedback, suggest solutions and execute improvements.
Maintain strict Health, Safety, Cleanliness, Hygiene and Security protocols with 0% deviation
Inventory management of Food & Beverage & office supplies
Initiate, collaborate and manage events for members engagement and education.
Knowledge, skills and abilities (Specific Skill Requirements)
Excellent Host: Pleasant, approachable, charming but tactful and firm when required
Good communicator: written, in person and on the phone
Good general business knowledge and practical understanding of marketing, management and finance/accounting
Practical knowledge of Google Apps, Microsoft Office or other such business tools
