Job Description

· Take care of Front office and manage all records. To ensure anyone coming to Company is welcomed with a WARM SMILE

· To ensure that VMS ( Visitor Management System) is accurately updated for all new visitors.

· To know about all important clients at COMPANY and ensure that they have a memorable experience each and every time they come in contact

· To ensure that the Meeting room Sheet is always kept updated and the GSE is aware of all meetings happening at COMPANY

· To accompany all meeting room client to their designated meeting rooms

· Ensuring a new Sales lead is welcomed with warmth and introduced to the CM for a show around.

· Create an amazing customer experience for new members so that they believe being a part of Company is the best decision they have ever made.

· Continue to build up our member community with the goal of developing advocates, successful referring relationships that will be measured by a target.

· Ensure an inspiring, useful and ultimately helpful experience for members in the community so the retention is maintained at 95% utilization rate.

· Foster new relationships with entrepreneurs, freelancers, solopreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits which lead to inquiry about our products and services.
